It is mainly used for ink, peelable adhesive, silver paste curing, full bonding curing and other processes on the surface of ITO film, cover plate, glass and other products.

1. U V lamp is imported from Korea, with power of 1.5KW and wavelength of 365nm;

2. UV light energy uniformity is high, the effective curing length is within the range of 300mm, and the uniformity of left, middle and right is more than 90%;

3. SS41 # steel plate is used for internal and external materials, and electrostatic spraying is conducted after rust prevention treatment;

4. The lamp has a long service life, and the lamp can be used for more than 20000 hours;

5. The motor (platform system) cooperates with gear reducer, sprocket and transmission network to drive. The transmission speed is 0.5 ~ 8m / min, VR stepless speed regulation and LED digital speed display;

6. Add dust-proof measures and air inlet filter;

7. Set safety devices: leakage circuit breaker, overtemperature prevention, drive motor overload protection, exhaust motor overload protection, abnormal emergency switch, control line fuse, etc., in line with international safety standards;

8. When the TP material is covered at the speed of 2m / min (the transmittance is more than 70%), the energy reaches more than 3500mj / cm2, and the surface temperature of the product does not exceed 50 ℃ (tested by American EIT meter).
